Fermentation 

 

I spent part of my newfound time in lockdown discovering and applying the process of fermentation in the kitchen. This began with sourdough. It took a few attempts to master the starter, but I now make loaves regularly as well as various other breads such as fougasse and baguettes. I am currently working on the process for Kombucha, so I'm looking forward to see how it turns out!
